New dining options will be coming to the Kansas City suburbs, the Leawood movers have learned. The Brookside area is set to get a new Jimmy John’s location off of W. 63rd avenue, along with other retail spots and extensive remodeling. Jimmy John’s has leased the north end of the building located there, along with 28 parking spaces for employees and customers. The building is currently occupied only by Berbiglia Whine & Spirits, which will remain open on the opposite end of the building.

Jimmy John’s has other locations set to open here in Leawood, as well as in Lenexa, Overland Park, and Shawnee.
