Staying Healthy after Moving to Kansas City

When moving to Kansas City this summer, staying healthy is a great goal to take on. • Switch up your workouts. If you continue to do the same form of physical activity every day, your body becomes used to it and no longer benefits from it. Alternate your exercise schedules so that you are pushing yourself to improve.

• Eat whole foods. Do not opt for the artificial sweeteners, energy bars, or packaged food. Instead, consume fresh, whole foods.
