The Tuileries Plaza in Northland is going to get a new luxury apartment complex in the near future, thanks to Briarcliff Realty. The project is called Village at Burlington Creek and it was approved by local commissions last week.

The property will consist of seven 4-story buildings and a clubhouse positioned on an 11-acre site. Likely, the project will begin and March and reach completion about 15 months later. Monthly rent will range from $800 for a one-bedroom and up to $1,500 for three bedrooms.
